Opening Round

Keep the Opening Round short, and include a Query or a work statement if you like.

First Exercise: Evaluation

This is a time to discuss the group and each man’s place in it.  The conversation will revolve around;

Where have we been?

Where are we now?

What do we want to change?

Second Exercise: Friendships Outside of the Meeting

This discussion deals with the relationship of the members within the group.  The manual contains some hard hitting questions that need to be deliberated now in order to avoid difficulties later

Closing the Meeting

The meetings typically end with a short round in which each man says how he is feeling and takes can of any unfinished business. The manual also contains various rituals that groups use to close a meeting.
